PAVE Touring offers consultation in topics such as:

  • hospitality and technical riders

  • professional crew hire such as sound and light technicians as well as fire watch teams, medics, catering, stage hands, security teams

  • professional backline and equipment rental

  • Setting up timetables (headline shows, rehearsals, interviews)

  • assisting with customs (EORI number available)

  • assisting with application of and handling Carnet ATAs

  • assisting with work visas (CoS, A1 forms, EJPD (CH), etc.)

  • tour advancing and budget control

  • handling accommodation, transportation and travels (flights, trains, shuttle services and rentals)

  • personal assistance for artists/talents (escorting with/without CPO, security briefing, personal wardrobe and showoutfits, organising and supervising M&Gs)

  • driving vans and vehicles up to 3.5 t (b + forklift license available on request)

  • managing and preparing low emission licenses (such as LEZ (UK), ULEZ (UK)) and parking permits

PAVE Touring likes to make sure that the artists, local techs, promoters and audience have the best possible experience and outcome of a live show.

Therefore I take a look at the bigger picture and offer a professional and carefree service regardless of the scale (club shows to arenas) and genre (classic to Pop/Rock).

 

Handling stressful situations, being flexible whilst on time and helpful throughout our journey together is important to me. With a background in architecture I'm trained in communication and coordination as well as keeping track of money and time.
